An Eternally Expanding Circle as an Analogy for Existence
67
A circle has properties that are both finite and infinite, measurable and immeasurable:
The Properties of an Eternally Expanding Circle
finite
You can easily locate the center of a circle or any other point residing in the plane a circle exists in. Whether or not a point exists inside or outside of the circle is also easily determined. It's physical boundaries are well defined and easily described. The length of the circle's circumference can be determined utilizing Pi.
infinite
The outermost edge of the circle (circumference line) has properties that are not as clearly defined. The circumference line of a circle has no beginning or end. You can follow the circumference line of a circle searching for its beginning, middle or end forever and never reach any of those points because they don't exist. The circumference of a circle can be accurately described as an infinite amount of infinitely short straight lines.

The finite properties of a circle are easily described and understood in our universe but the infinite properties are not as easily grasped because infinity is something that transcends the laws and boundaries of our physical universe and also evades our (my) ability to properly conceptualize and describe infinity. Our universe is both finite and infinite at the same time because it is constantly expanding but also can be measured to an exact volume at a single point in time.
Infinity transcends our universes boundaries at a single point in time but it also fits our universes overall description of being infinite in nature. Mathematical proofs show us that nothing is not a finite amount and zero is not equal to nothing. Everything is also not a finite amount but is infinity equal to everything? Infinity is nothing and everything at the same time. Infinity includes everything finite in its all encompassing definition but infinity can never be finite even though everything finite is a part of the mathematical set that defines infinity.
When negative and positive infinity are interchanged in any mathematical equation that equation can still be successfully evaluated. Negative infinity is the infinite amount of absolutely nothing. Positive infinity is the infinite amount of absolutely everything. Therefore mathematics proves that nothing is everything and everything is nothing.
Does this mean that infinity is properly described by the above description of only the infinite properties of an eternally expanding circle?
Does this mean that the universe is properly described by the above description of the finite properties of the circle? Or is our universe both finite and infinite at the same time?

Both creationists and evolutionists agree that the universe has a measurable beginning and will eventually have a measurable end and this seems to backup the idea that the universe is properly described by only the description of the finite properties of the circle.
Does the existence of anything at all (from here on when I write Existence it means the existence of anything at all) fit as an analogy for the entire eternally expanding circle; including both the finite and infinite properties described? If so, does that mean Existence transcends the beginning and the end of the universe because the universe (the finite properties of the circle) are contained in the overall description of the circle as a whole?
Assuming the multiverse exists, how does that fit in? Are the multiverse and Existence interchangeable ideas much like negative and positive infinity are? Or does Existence transcend even the beginning and end of the multiverse?
What about time? Is time an inherent property of our universe/multiverse or did time exist before the beginning and after the end of the universe/multiverse? Did time start existing along with Existence? Is time the same thing as Existence?
Are the listed properties of the circle somehow flawed? I have a pretty good understanding of physics but Einstein's physics does get fuzzy for me.
So far I think the entire description of the circle is Existence and possibly the multiverse as well but probably not. We really don't know enough about the multiverse yet (or if it even exists for a fact). Therefore I conclude that Existence is something larger than the multi/universe, and Existence was around before the multi/universe began and it will still be around after the multi/universe ceases to exist.
If you were stuck in a reality of infinite concepts, a reality completely opposite of what we are experiencing in this life, and you were given the opportunity to experience a reality of finite concepts, wouldn't you take that opportunity? Maybe that is how we all got here in the first place.
